Tri-Soul Clinic & Seminars

Swim Clinics: Fundamentals combined with intense practical application that incorporates race simulation with wetsuits and quick swim-to-bike transitions.  Also will be discussions on how to use the various swim training devices and wetsuit selection.

Cycling Clinics: The emphasis will be on efficient technique, hill-climbing, short & long course strategy, and preparing the bike for a race. During the clinic, other discussion center on bike selection, maintenance, and travel strategies. All will be given using some of the optimal training sites in San Diego.

Runner Clinics: The focus is on forward, running technique.  What to do with the God-given, 27 bones & 100 muscles per foot.  Technique on how to make that combination, plus tendons and other connective tissue, work for you rather than just be carried along for the jog.

Nutrition Seminars: Basic nutrition concerns from an endurance athlete’s perspective.  Discussions focus on the role of micro & macro nutrients, significance and purpose of salt, lifestyle hydration, the power of food enzymes, and advanced race-day nutrition strategies. Additional topics include how to read through nutrition label hype, breakdown proprietary-masked junk food (that presents it as healthy), and non-organic vs. organic foods.

To schedule a Clinic or Seminar contact us at consulting@tri-soul.com or visit Triathlon (Soul)utions BlogSpot to view already scheduled clinics. You may join one of the clinics already scheduled or request your own.

About us

This is the website of Triathlon (Soul)utions.

Living the dream

Triathlon (Soul)utions is a lifelong dream that has helped carry me into my 25th season. During my triathlon career, I have created a culture of endurance fitness at remote locations around the world and helped out several businesses and hundreds of fellow triathletes achieve their triathlon dreams. The Bible tells us that we are “…wonderfully made…” (Psalms 139:14). I can’t think of a better way to learn and appreciate that, than through the sport of triathlon. I have achieved nearly everything I set out to do in the world of endurance sports. Now I desire to use my gifts, reputation, experience and passion for others to succeed which will result in enhancing the image of your brand and equip athletes to accomplish their ultimate triathlon dream.
